When you can get a refund
If the PDF or CSV export does not work for you and we cannot fix it, email aimansadab+seatwise@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase with your Lemon Squeezy receipt. We will refund you in full through Lemon Squeezy.
When we don't refund
Outside of the export-failure case above, all sales are final. This matches our terms of use.
