License
A Pro key grants one person a personal, non-transferable license to use Seatwise Pro for one event. Buy another key for another event or another planner.
Free tier
The free version may be used without a key for personal, non-commercial planning.
Prohibited uses
Do not resell, share, publish, or bulk-redeem license keys, or use Seatwise to build a competing product. Keys found on resale or key-sharing sites will be revoked without refund.
No warranty
Seatwise is provided as-is. We do not guarantee it will be error-free, available, or suitable for your event. Your plan lives in your browser; back it up with Export before your event.
Refunds
If the PDF or CSV export fails and we cannot fix it, request a refund within 14 days of purchase. Otherwise all sales are final because the key is delivered instantly. See our refund policy for details.
Payments
Pro licenses are sold through Lemon Squeezy, which acts as merchant of record for this purchase and handles billing and tax.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the price you paid for your key. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost data or a seating plan that did not print.
Governing law
